Gunasekera is the founder of DAG Electrophonic. He is a graduate in Science and holds a MBA from the Hawaii Pacific University, USA. His academic credentials also include a GDIL from UK.

An accomplished inventor, Gunasekara's inventions of various innovative products for motorists such as Vibramat, e-Cool, e-Light and Acoustic Tiles, are set to place Malaysia on the international automobile accessories map.

This was attested when he won the Gold, Silver and Bronze Award in the Invention and Innovation Competition 2001, organised by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, Malaysia.

Today, Gunasekera has taken DAG Electrophonic to new heights. The company boast major clients in EON, the national car disributor, Kah Bintang, the distributor for Hyundai and KIA, the local distributor of local KIA car models.

With his keen business acumen, Gunasekera is now seeking to expand his product range to other countries in Europe, USA and Asia. He believes that through innovative and state-of-the-art car accessories, he and his company can help take the nation to a new level of technological advancement.
