How it benefits you:
- Inherent
characteristics of the material makes it highly suitable for heat/cold
insulation due to its low thermal conductivity as well as vibration
& noise suppression applications.
- Vibramat
is anti-static, dirt will not cling to it. However if required the
material can be washed as it is waterproof.
- Impermeable
material structure is a vapor formation barrier.
- Cross-linking
adhesive has extremely good tack & bond on numerous materials.
Adhesive will set fast on painted/metal surfaces after approximately 3
days.
- The
material and adhesive can withstand temperature ranges between
-40°C to 105°C and has a self-extinguishing fire
rating. Under an open flame, material will carbonize to form a fire
barrier.
- Material
is weather durable and has excellent ozone & ultra-violet
resistance.
- Material
is resistant to mildew and all automotive chemicals/fluids including
battery acid.
- Vibramat
is Ozone friendly, hypoallergenic and is manufactured without CFC,
asbestos, chlorine or fiber.
- Flexibility
of the material makes installation fast and easy.
- Highly
cost effective.
